How long before my website is live?
Once we have your logo, photos and text, it's a matter of days rather than weeks. We'll give you a date before you pay the setup fee, and the demo comes first so you're not waiting on a surprise.
Does my website stay up during loadshedding?
Yes. Your site lives on our hosting, not on your computer or your router. Stage 6 in your area changes nothing for the people trying to find you.
Who owns the domain and the website?
You do. The address is registered for your business and the monthly fee covers hosting, SSL and domain renewal. If you ever move on, you take the name with you.
What exactly is an "edit"?
A small change you ask us to make — new prices, a different phone number, swapping a photo, updating your opening hours. You don't touch the code; you send us a message.
Do you sort out Google, so people can find me?
Google search setup and professional email are included from the Business package up. On Starter we still publish a clean, fast site you can share everywhere.
Can I start on Starter and move up later?
Absolutely. Most people do. You only pay the difference in setup when you upgrade, and your address, pages and history stay put.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name, logo if you have one, a few decent photos, your contact details and a rough idea of what you want customers to do — call, WhatsApp, or book. If you're missing any of it, we'll help.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No long contract. It's a flat monthly fee for hosting, support and edits, and you can stop it. The setup fee is the only once-off cost.
